A1. How do I export from an Outlook Calendar?
Unfortunately MS Outlook does not provide a method to export vcs files. They allow them to be Imported, but not exported. However, you can still export to a csv file from Outlook.
  1. Click File, then Import and Export.
  2. From the list, select "Export to a File"
  3. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)
  4. It will prompt you which folder to save; select "Calendar"
  5. It will then ask you where to save; if you wish, select the default and make a note of where it saves the file.
  6. To import the csv into OfficeClip, click "calendar" on the left-hand side, and then "Sync"
  7. Use the radio button under "Import" to select "Comma Separated Values" files.
  8. Click "Continue"
  9. Click the "Browse" button to point to the path to which you exported the file from Outlook
  10. Select the "Remind Me mode, and click "Import"
You can also use the OfficeClip Offline application to directly synchronize between OfficeClip and Microsoft Outlook.
A2. How do I get another member to schedule appointments for me?
Go to the Calendar application and click "Proxy". This will allow you to select a member (or members) that will be able to create events for you. You can also determine whether or not they have read-only access (in which case they can view your calendar, but not add or edit events on it).
A3. How do I reserve a resource for an event?
The group admin must first enter the resources for the group by clicking Admin-->Add New Resource from the Calendar application. Resources can then be reserved upon creating an event or meeting by selecting a resource from the dropdown on the New Event screen.
A4. How do I create an event that occurs more than once?
When creating an even, click "Add" next to "Recurrence" Many options are available to create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly events.
