New Security Rules for Contact Manager
Many of you have requested a feature that would allow them to control access
to the contact based on the values of certain fields. We have added field-based access
permission for the Contact Manager application. Access to contacts can now be provided
based on the value of a certain field. For example, if you want to restrict members of
“Georgia Team” to see the contacts who are in the “State of Georgia”, you can create a
rule like “If the State field of a contact is Georgia, give read and write access to the
group “State of Georgia”. More details of this can be found at our

Issue Tracker Escalation Rules
Sometimes the issues are put in the system and forgotten! OfficeClip now provides you a way to specify
the action to be taken if, say, a high criticality issue is not addressed within a certain period of time. You can
program it to raise the criticality of an issue, send an email to the person it is assigned to or even send a SMS
message.

Expense Reimbursement Tracking
We have been getting your request for a feature to track reimbursement of expenses. The new reimbursement tracking
module keeps track of all the reimbursements for your employees. It also keeps of running total of all the balances.
