Upon installation getting error "Request is not available in this context"

This error happens when the installation program cannot change the IIS application pool to Classic. This can happen because of IIS permission, locking and other reasons. To solve this:
- Bring up the IIS Manager from the Administrative Tools
- Navigate to the OfficeClip web site (or web application)
- In IIS 7 and higher click on Basic Settings... and change the Application Pool to Classic 4.0 mode
