Creating Xml Specification from existing Binder in Issue Tracker

Sometimes it is useful to have a template from which you can create more binders.
- Go to the Issue Tracker application and click on New Binder
- Select Copy specification from existing binder and then select a binder.
- Give a Name and click on Create. This will create your master binder
- Go inside this binder administration and make all changes that you need (i,e, in custom fields, list values etc.)
- Now go inside this binder and click on Import/Export and select export to Xml. This will be your master Xml file
- In the future when you want to make a new binder you can go to New Binder (as in step 1) and select Import from ocXml and specify the master file
- Now you can remove the master binder that you created in step 3 above
