Sometimes after doing upgrades in the OS, you might get this error when trying to run OfficeClip. Please follow these steps before contacting our support.
  1. Login to the command prompt (cmd.exe) in Administrator Mode and run the command iisreset
  2. ​If this does not solve the issue, bring up Sql Server Configuration Manager and then restart the OfficeClip instance (under Sql Server Services) of the Sql Server
  3. If this also fails, then bring up the Internet Information Services program, go to the website (or application) and Restart
