OfficeClip will fail to install if IIS (Internet Information Services) is not installed. Instructions for IIS installation is different for each platform. For IIS 5/6:
- Click Start button (left bottom on your screen) click Control Panel, and click Add or Remove Programs.
- Click Add/Remove Windows Components. The Windows Components Wizard appears.
- Check mark on Internet Information Services (IIS), Select it and Click on the Next button.
- Note that if you are installing OfficeClip on Windows Server 2003, you also need to check mark the ASP.NET for installation.
For IIS 7:
- Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features On or Off
- Expand Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services > Application Development Features and then check mark the ASP.NET
