This happens in some installed version of OfficeClip. When you create a scheduled backup using the OfficeClip backup tool, the backup program does not run at the scheduled time. This happens because in the latest version of windows, some added security is placed in the task scheduler. We are working to fix the issue. In the meantime here is an workaround. - In the OfficeClip Server go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Task Scheduler
- In the Task Scheduler, expand the left side and select Task Scheduler Library
- Double click on OfficeClip Backup and Restore Program
- Select Run whether user is logged on or now and also check mark Do not Store Password
- Click OK
