How to set owner of a Contact when importing csv file

By default, the contact owner is set to the person who imported the records. To set a particular owner, you have to do the following: - In the csv file create an additional column and call it Owner
- In each record enter the email address of the owner as set in the OfficeClip Database
- In the import screen, when mapping fields, map this field to the Owner field in OfficeClip
After the import, the owner of the contacts should be set to the value specified in the csv file See how it works in the video below: |
