While uploading a document or attachment if you get a message saying that "No Space Available" or if the space useage shows close to 100%, you will need to increase the document space.

Hosted Edition (if you are working from officeclip.com)

• Click on Setup from the toolbar
  
• Click on Manage Site License
  
• Add more document space
  

Installed Edition (if you have downloaded and installed OfficeClip)

• Click on Setup from the toolbar
  
• Click on Manage Site Information
  
• Click Manage Site Document Space
  
• Increase the document space
