How to Setup Calendar Events in various Timezones

OfficeClip can create events in various timezones. By default the event will be shown on your calendar in your timezone. To change the timezone of a single event:
- Click on Calendar
- Go to the details of the event
- Click Options at the bottom
- Change the timezone
You can change your personal timezone so that all existing events will nwo show in your timezone. To check your timezone:
- Click on Settings
- Click Personal Preferences
Your organization administrator can also change the default timezone across your organization. Changing this will only affect the timezones of the new users that sign in to OfficeClip. To change this:
- Click on Settings
- Under Organization, click on Manage Organization Information
- Click on Modify timezone and custom fields
