You can create a Short Account Name and the Short Project Name so that the full name does not show up on the timesheet screen. In order to do this go to:

1. Project Application from the left menu bar and then click on the Edit Icon (administrators only) on the account you want to change. Then you should be able to assign a Short Account Name.


2. After completing the Step 1, click on an account to see the Project List, then you can again click on the Edit Icon to create a Short Project Name.

Note that the Short Account Name and the Short Project Name are shown to the users when they do their Timesheet and Expenses. However, when you create Reports you can choose to show the Full Name.
