In OfficeClip, a Contact can be assigned to only one organization. Sometimes when a contact can be a part of multiple organizations. The following can be used to relate the Contact to multiple Accounts.
- Make sure that you see the Relationship child in the contact detail screen
- Add a new Relationship to associate the Contact to the Account
- Add a second new relationship to associate the contact with the next Account
Now they will be linked and you will be able to see the contact from each connected Accounts and Accounts from each contacts. For more details see this post: https://forum.officeclip.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=61 |
