By default the Invoices application may be disabled in your existing OfficeClip. Please do the following:


  1. Login with the Site Administrator privileges and Go to Settings > Entire Site (or click on Show All under Entire site) > Site Applications (under privileges) and check mark the Invoices application

  2. Login with the Organization Administration privileges and Go to Settings > Organization Settings > Organization Applications (under privileges) and check mark the Invoices application

Hello, I upgraded our version of Officeclip to 8.2.4 but the invoice check box is disabled on both screens.


How do I enable the invoice checkbox?

We have put up a new patch of OfficeClip that fixes some of the invoice issues. Can you download it from the website and then install it (it may require uninstall of the existing version from the control panel, the database will stay intact!)
