To link issues with contacts please follow these steps:
- In Issue Tracker, select a binder and then click on an issue to go to issue detail
- From the Regarding field select Contact
- Click on Select to search for the contact you want to link with
- Save the issue
The issue and the contact are now linked. To see this issue within the contact manager, go to the contact detail of the contact you just linked and then click on the issues tab. Note: If the issues tab is not visible within the contact detail, go to Contact Manager > Admin > Related Data and enable it. |
