Update:

So far the only people who are having this problem are employees that have been added or changed somehow in the last two weeks.

One employee said that she would have to save and go out and come back in after entering in each detail section and it would let her continue for a little while, then she like the others would have her system freeze up and a line would come down accross the column she was working in.

I have been able to go in for these employees signed under thier names and password and complete their expenses for them without any problems.

At a loss for what to do...
