Tracker Fixed Fields
An easy to use setup wizard will guide group Administrators through the creation of a New project. Admin can configure and rename fixed and user defined fields for projects. Email rules are set based on Creating, Editing and Solving Cases. Administrators can use the Pre-Configured Templates or customize according to the organization’s needs. Previous Projects can conveniently be Cloned for future fields and structure.
